Rockland County

a county near westchester and nyc. contrary to what people from westchester like to tell themselves to make themselves feel better, the average income of Rockland County residents is higher then the income of Westcheser County residents. (you can look this up on an oficial website if you dont bleive this) like every county, rockland has some very nice and upper class areas, and some not as nice areas.
